The functions, duties and powers of the Assembly shall be as follows:-

(A) To determine the policy of the University.

(B) To guide the University.

(c) Conducting and managing the educational programs of the university.

(e) To determine and award the degrees to be awarded by the university.

(f) To approve the annual budget and program of the university.

(g) To pass the rules related to the university.

(h) Giving instructions and guidance to campuses belonging to the university and affiliated to the university.

(h) Discussing the annual report of the bodies under the university and evaluating the program.

(d) To form various committees, sub-committees or work teams according to the needs of the university. and determining the conditions.
